Welcome to my blog!  I'm so glad you've stopped by.  I'm a big city girl, living and teaching in Northern California.  I absolutely LOVE my job and can't imagine doing anything else with my days.  I'm in my 15th year (EEEKKK!) of teaching and I've always taught Kindergarten.  I believe there are two types of teachers, those who could never imagine teaching Kindergarten and those who are meant to teach Kindergarten.  We are a different breed.  And I'm proud of it!

When I'm not teaching, I'm a mama to two curious, imaginative, and fun little girls.  My oldest is in 4th grade and my youngest is in 1st grade.

I've been married to my best friend for almost 11 years.  We like to spend a lot of time as a family cheering on our favorite baseball team.
